With the spread of the ‘camera phone’ to every corner of society around the world photography is the most common language ‘spoken’ anywhere. Our human experience is lived through our camera lens and it’s often our first thought when visiting somewhere.
‘Taking Pictures of People Taking Pictures’ explores how we interact with the world around us with photography. When visiting a famous location our instinct has become to ‘take a selfie’ or to photograph our families and friends in front of that icon.
